Cultural Values Stage 4 Hybrid Worksop

Cultural Values Stage 4 Hybrid Worksop

On the 13th September the York Cultural Values Process continued with a hybrid workshop for Stage 4.

The workshop was held at the Priory Street Center in York and welcomes those from across York to come together, whether in person or via Zoom. Participants were asked to indicate where the energy lies in York to achieve the cultural shift that's desired. From here there was a vote on what was most urgent, and the group came up with three areas where focus will now be placed.

From here there was a vote on what was most urgent, and the group came up with three areas where focus will now be placed.

These included: Sharing Learning and Communications widely, Creation of a toolkit to share cultural values processes and Encouraging system leadership to act and implement changes.

After this focus was put in place, the group then looked at each issue and collates suggestions for how to move forwards on each point.

There was discussion about each one and a lot of ideas were captured. This will give the Cultural Values Facilitation Team some clear points to work towards as we move in to a more action focused section of the process as a whole.
